Whenever you are hungry, snack on a low-calorie fruit or vegetable.Citrus, apples, kiwis, strawberries, sliced red peppers, carrot sticks, cucumber-- all of these are delicious snacks and usually will divert a craving. Fiber One Original has no sugar and a whopping 14 grams of fiber. Fiber is good for everyone!
Track your foods the day before you plan on eating them. That way, you're not tempted to eat foods that aren't on the tracker. Part of it is being too lazy to change it once you've put it in. A great bean to add to any diet. It can reduce cholesterol, low glycemic, great fiber and has loads of vitamins and minerals including lots of calcium. Throw some onto your salads, in stew to help keep you full! Make chickpea meatballs or just add them to your pasta and sauce.

I Goofed Up! Pizza and Dr. Pepper! Right when I was doing everything right for a change! Argh! I started to get really down on myself, but then, I decided to look at my slip as a RECYCLE and see what I can learn from it that will help me make a better plan for the next time... If you have yellow growths around the outer or inner eyelid it could be an early sign of heart disease. These growths form when cholesterol is high. Check your eye lids daily. If you have this, see a doctor immediately. My secret to Spinning a full class at 236 lbs At 236 lbs, I had already lost a bit over 30 lbs on healthy eating alone,but I knew exercise had to be my next step.I saw the spinning classes at my gym & was honestly intimidated by them.None the less, I wanted a challenge.I trained on the ellyptical for 3 weeks until I was able to do a full hour every day on interval levels.After that 3rd week was done,I did my first spinning class.Today, I've been spinning for over a year and I have NEVER left a class without finishing."MIND OVER MATTER" :") |
